4th graders during global school play day

Congratulations to our 5th grade students who have chosen to take part in the Morning Meeting Internship Program, under the guidance of school counselor Mrs. Mapes. Once a week from January to March students in the program lead a morning meeting activity in one of our K-4 classrooms. Students are doing an excellent job showing leadership and are serving as wonderful role models for our younger students.

This week we celebrated National School Counselor Week. Please join me in thanking Mrs. Mapes for going above and beyond to support our students’ academic, social, and emotional growth every day.

Message from Mr. Cosman regarding this week’s school musical rehearsals: Check out the updated February Calendar for this week's upcoming musical rehearsal schedule. Contact Mr. Cosman if you have any questions or refer to his email.

STUDENT COUNCIL FOOD DRIVE- ENDS FEBRUARY 12TH

VALENTINE’S DAY

Valentine’s Day is this week! As a reminder, food or goody bags are not permitted to be brought into school to be shared with classmates. Students in grades K-3 typically give a card to each classmate (be sure there is a card for each child in the class). No food may be attached to the cards but, if you want, students may attach a simple non-edible item such as a sticker or a pencil. Students in grades 4-5 do not exchange cards in school but teachers celebrate the holiday with their students in different ways.
