Sicomac library was full of tree-mendous learning this week! 🌳📚
Students celebrated Earth Day and Arbor Day by diving into biography, fiction, and nonfiction books about trees. We then took our learning outdoors, enjoying the sunshine in our Outdoor Classroom while creating trees of our own. Learning + nature = the best combination! @Sicomacpto @sicomacwps

Artists using inspiration from the garden. We read Have You Ever Seen a Flower and carefully observed cherry blossom branches. Using tempera on gray paper, students created observational paintings.

Tonight's Parent Seminar begins at 6:30 p.m. at Eisenhower Middle School. The topic will be a viewing of Screenagers: Growing Up in the Digital Age. the event is hosted by the PTO Coordinating Council in partnership with NJ4S.

Fourth graders became math detectives! They solved 16 mixed number problems to uncover clues about who, how, and why the roller coaster was stolen!
