Dear Sicomac Families,
Can you believe that tomorrow is already June? While we have accomplished so much together this year, we still have an action-packed and deeply meaningful month ahead. The way we conclude a school year sets the tone for how we begin in September; our work isn't quite finished, even if those bright summer days feel just around the corner!
Recently, we have welcomed our incoming families at the Kindergarten preview, celebrated iconic staff retirements, and enjoyed a spectacular Field Day. While these milestone events signal the approach of the year's end, I truly believe the best is still yet to come.
A Flawless Field Day
The weather has been on our side for almost all of our school events this year, and that beautiful trend continued on Friday. Thanks to the seamless coordination of our PE teachers, staff, and parent volunteers, it was a truly memorable day for our Sicomac Eagles. Red, white, and blue filled the field as students enjoyed hot dogs, ice pops, great music, and good old-fashioned fun. An immense amount of effort goes into planning an event of this scale, and I am incredibly proud of the collective team effort that made it such a joyful day for our students.
The Week Ahead
We look forward to a full, vibrant week of school, highlighted by two very special events:
Inaugural School Planting Day: In partnership with the Lorrimer Sanctuary, our classes will have the hands-on opportunity to plant and cultivate our outdoor classroom.
Seussical the Musical: Our fifth graders have been working diligently throughout rehearsals, and we cannot wait to see their hard work come to life on stage.
Thank you for your continued partnership and energy as we head into this final stretch of the school year. Let's make this June one to remember!

Subscription Busing
The Wyckoff School District is pleased to offer fee‑based Subscription Busing to Eisenhower Middle School for the 2026–27 school year for students who do not qualify for mandatory transportation. Students who live less than two miles from Eisenhower Middle School may participate in the subscription program, which is available only on existing bus routes and at existing bus stops.
Subscription Busing is limited and will be filled on a first‑come, first‑enrolled basis. The cost for the 2026–27 school year is $825 per student.

A $100 deposit per student must be included with the application. Applications submitted without the required deposit cannot be accepted. Application deadline is June 12, 2026
