Our youngest artists are exploring their sense of self-identity today. Using mirrors, we looked for basic shapes that make up the features of a face. These shapes were recorded in permanent markers and rendered in paint.

Sicomac had a very special visitor Friday! Our PreK student, Theo, was named “Chief for the Day” by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office. He arrived in style with members of the SWAT team and Prosecutor’s Office, who spent time visiting with students and staff.
Theo’s big day included a squad car escort, meet-and-greet with officers, and plenty of smiles from our Sicomac PreK students! Thank you to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office for this incredible experience and for making lasting memories with our students.
